Flat sheet membrane bioreactor technology
The submerged membrane separation unit is broadly divided into two kinds, flat sheet membrane and hollow fiber membrane. As pioneering product of flat sheet membrane, GUOZHEN Membrane Units has so many advantages.
1 Remarkably small footprint
（1）Comparing with the hollow fiber membrane bioreactor, it can perform under much higher concentration of MLSS in the flat sheet membrane bioreactor, thus achieving the miniaturization of the reaction tank.

（1）Because of the lower trans-membrane pressure of flat sheet membrane, the gravity filtration can be achieved without suction pump.（2）Less auxiliary equipment- machine, pipelines, and operational control

2 Simple systems
（1）Filtration
Suction filtration is generally used for membrane filtration. For flat sheet membrane, apart from suction filtration, the gravity filtration and siphon filtration can be achieved without suction pump.
（2）Auxiliary equipment
Comparing with hollow fiber membrane, GUOZHEN flat sheet Membrane Units need less auxiliary equipment. The membrane system is much simpler and easier to operate and maintain.
（3）Chemical cleaning
The membrane separation units need chemical cleaning. Because GUOZHEN flat sheet Membrane Units can be cleaned in-situ with chemicals, the membrane modules do not need to be removed from the membrane tank.
3 Simply maintenance
（1）Because of the simple and impurity-resistant structure. It is easy to maintain the Membrane Units.
（2）Since membrane cartridges can be individually replaced, there is no waste.
